Getting to Know You: What is your favorite comfort food? Why?
- In what ways do the trials we face make us stronger?
- What are some things, other than God, in which people put their trust?
- What is your favorite “power of God” moment in Scripture (i.e. flood, fiery furnace, resurrection, etc.)? Why?
- What is your favorite “power of God” moment personally (i.e. healing, reconciled relationship, salvation, etc.)?
- Read Romans 8:26 together. How is this verse applicable in our times of weakness and/or suffering?
- How has your Life Group encouraged and helped you through difficult times?
Life Application: How has the message this week changed your view of suffering? What can you do today to better prepare you for the trials to come?
